WASHINGTON (AP) — A U.S. government agency said a weaker repeat of Saturday's powerful solar storm was likely on Sunday.
The U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said that"coronal mass ejections" — clouds of ejected solar plasma that can cause power grid irregularities and issues with high-frequency communications and global positioning systems — will slam into the Earth's magnetic field and outer atmosphere until at least Sunday night.

JEANNETTE, Pa. (AP) — Police are seeking a man in connection with a shooting that killed a woman and injured four other people at a western Pennsylvania home, authorities said.

BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Nearly five years after an electrical fire damaged their main office, officials at the Bedford County Fairgrounds on Monday celebrated the opening of their new fair office.
Local leaders and community members attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday afternoon.
The new building is dedicated to and named after John H. Holbert, whom officials say was instrumental in bringing agriculture to the Bedford County Fair while working for Penn State.
