The Associated Press released their Top 25 college football teams Sunday, with Penn State remaining in last week's spot.
According to the associated press, Penn State remained in last week's 9th spot, with the first nine teams keeping their spots from last week's rankings.
The Associated Press states that the last time the first nine teams in the poll went unchanged this late in the season was Nov. 19, 2017.
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — More than 10,000 customers in Cambria County lost power as severe thunderstorms rolled through the region Wednesday evening, according to Penelec.
According to Penelec, 10,422 customers in Cambria County were without power just before 5:30 p.m.
Penelec says 3,280 outages were reported in Johnstown City, and another 1,188 were reported in East Taylor Township.
Severe thunderstorms rolled through Wednesday evening knocking down numerous trees in its path.

"The video of this incident is deeply disturbing. Antwon Rose's family, friends and the entire community deserve the truth," said Wolf. "Like in all police-involved shootings, there must be a thorough, swift and transparent review and investigation of his death.

Clearfield Co., PA (WJAC) — Volunteers in Clearfield County are working to give a dog, who was recently found neglected and abused, new hope.
Officials say a volunteer with the organization “Animals Matter” found "Duke" laying on the road in the Grampian/Mahaffey area on Black Friday.
Volunteers say the dog was found with a hole in his head and an injured ear and jaw.
When volunteers brought "Duke" to the hospital, they say it was determined that his breathing problem was caused by his mouth being tied shut with shoelaces.

Police say charges are pending against 54-year-old Kelly Bennett after an investigation revealed that she had issued dozens of unauthorized refunds to herself.
Investigators say Bennett allegedly made 66 unauthorized transactions, between October and November of this year.
